Third party financing for dental procedures is available in amounts up to $25,000 (based on credit-worthiness of applicant). We would be happy to help you apply.

Insurance
AMFD accepts all PPO dental plans. We will gladly file your dental claims for you. Patients are responsible for any portion your insurance does not cover. If your dental insurance carrier has not paid its part within 90 days, you will assume the entire amount due, and any reimbursement will be directed to you.
